Where can I buy products in store?

ORDER STATUS: We pack & post your order within 1-2 days unless it is the weekend or official Holiday. 

If you qualified for free post or paid for parcel post you will have received a tracking email with a link to Australia Post to check the status. 

Leave us a message (with your order #) or login into your account to get the live link.

ADDRESS CHANGE: It's not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed and paid.  You can change the address associated with your account for future orders by logging into your account.

MISPICK/DAMAGED/FAULTY/REACTION: received the wrong items or product is not perfect? Please email service@lukbeautifood.com or message us with your order number and we will correct the problem at our expense.

CHANGE YOUR MIND? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.  We encourate you to try our samples before purchasing to make sure you are happy with your selection.

Where is my order? I need to make a change/return.

DISCOUNT CODE NOT RECEIVED: Please sign up via the pop up or newsletter subscription button in the footer to receive a one off 15% welcome discount. Not received? Check your SPAM and if the correct email address was entered.

How do I use my Lük Loyalty Points?

All our ingredients 100% natural, toxin free and mostly from fruit, vegetables and botanicals - we don't use any synthetic texture modifiers, preservatives, colours, aromas or flavours. 🍓🥑🥒 

Our packaging 📦 ranges from 100% recyclable glass ♻️ and board 🌲 + low carbon foot print plant plastic to our lipstick housed in an aluminium tube with PCR plastic inners.

The ingredient list & "how to recycle each component" is on each product page. 💄

Over 75% of our products are vegan, 🐰 cruelty free and we don't knowingly add any gluten.🌱

All products are made in Australia 🇦🇺 except for our eco-luxe lipstick crayons 🍃which are made in Italy 🇨🇮. (as we don't make pencils in Australia)

What ingredients do you use + how to recycle?

Our delicious Lip + Body Love treatment products (eg Sweet Dreams Lip Mask + Vitamin C Nectar, Lip Scrubs + Luminizer drops + Skin Nourish) are out of stock as our manufacturer of these products sadly closed down. We currently do not have a foreseeable date for the return of this product range.

When are you expecting a restock?

We can see that your order has been placed but it has not yet shipped.  We process orders within 1-2 days.  Shipping times vary by location.  Please refer to our Shipping Information.
