The Australian National Packaging Targets for 2025 are shown below:

It is clear that they will not be reached in this timeframe - see here.   A new plan was unveiled here in Aug 2024.

Luk Beautifood's packaging is either reusable, recyclable or compostable and where possible come from recycled sources - for example the lining and inner workings on our Lipstick tube and the pump & lid on our Skin Tint are 100% PCR.  On the other hand the flexible Skin Tint tube & the lid on our Lipstick Crayon is made from eco friendly plant based plastic. Both our lipstick tube & mascara tube are made from aluminium.

Ninety per cent of paper used in packaging or printed materials is FSC certified.
