How do I check my points balance?Updated 5 months ago

It's super easy to check your points balance.

Log in to your account by clicking the Lük Loyalty icon bottom left of the screen

If you're not already a Lük Loyalty member, you will need to sign up (an automatically get 500 points!).

Once you are logged in, you will see your points balance at the top of the panel.

100 points = $1

If you can't see the Luk Loyalty icon on your screen, try typing this exact link into your browser - https://lukbeautifood.com/#smile-loyalty

This should open the Loyalty Programme launcher where you will be able to login or join.
If this still doesn't work, log off, restart your computer or clear your cache, check you don't have any pop-up blockers turned on, then try again.
