Oh no!
We package our goods with care and secure them to make sure they are sturdy before shipping but we know that sometimes parcels are damaged in transit.
Please take a photo for us so that we can share that with our carriers.
Send us an email with the photo and the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Tracking Number (if available)
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for your inconvenience.
