What do I do if my order was damaged in transit?Updated a year ago

Contact us immediately to let us know the problem.

Product Damaged

We do our best to make sure that your order is packaged as securely as possible but we understand that products may get damaged in transit.

If your product(s) was damaged in any way when it arrived we will Exchange or 100% Refund you at no cost.

Please take a photo of the damaged product so that we can assess the damage and determine the best solution.  We also need this to report it to our carrier.

Once we've received your email and photo of the damage, we will contact you to advise the next steps.
