Delivery & Shipping

We sure do!

Within Australia Shipping is free for all orders over A$65. You receive a tracking number from Australia Post.  If your order is under A$65, we charge A$8.

For the USA we offer free shipping for all orders over US$45.  We use USPS Ground Advantage which includes a tracking number.  If your order is under US$45, we charge US$5.

For International (excluding USA), we offer free shipping for all orders over A$80.  We use Australia Post's INTL Standard / Pack & Track which includes a tracking numbr.

Order Processing (except USA)

Orders are processed and shipped next working day.  Express post orders received before 12 noon are shipped same business day, if after 12 noon, next business day.  Express post orders take priority over other orders.

Order Processing USA

Order placed prior to 3PM eastern will ship next day, if placed after 3PM will ship in two days. Please note orders placed after 3PM Friday and over the weekend are fulfilled on Tuesdays.

Delivery Within Australia

We ship all orders with Australia Post and delivery times are based on Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times for Parcel Post.  Delivery times vary between 2 business days - 11 business days, depending on the State the order is being shipped to.

Express Post orders are also shipped with Australia Post and delivery times are based on Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times Express Post.  Delivery times vary between 1 business day - 5 business days depending on the State the order is being shipped to.

USA Deliveries

We ship all orders with USPS and delivery times are estimated to be 2-5 business days.  

Priority Mail orders are shipped with USPS and delivery times are estimated to be 1-3 business days.

International Deliveries (excluding USA)

We ship all orders with Australia Post Standard International delivery service.  All orders are trackable.  Delivery times vary by country so please check the Australia Post International Delivery Times.   Shipment typically takes upto 20 days and could be held up by customs in your country as duties may need to be paid by you. Please check the above links for most up to date information.

Yes we offer tracked shipping worldwide.

AUSTRALIA

We offer 3 types of Shipping at checkout.

1. Free Parcel Post with tracking for orders over A$65

2. Parcel Post with tracking A$8 for orders under A$65. We subsidise your postal cost and you receive a tracking number from Australia Post. Delivery time is dependent on your postcode, regional areas and the west coast of Australia may take up to 7 working days.

3. Express Post with tracking and priority pick and pack A$12. Orders received by 12pm will be shipped same working day, otherwise next day pick, pack and post. This order type takes priority over all other online orders.

USA

Shipped directly to the USA from the USA.

We offer 3 types of Shipping at checkout.

1. Free USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 days) with tracking for orders over US$45.

2. USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 days) with tracking US$5 for orders under US$45.

3. USPS Priority Mail (2 days) with tracking and priority pick and pack US$15

INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING USA)

We currently offer one service:

INTL Standard / Pack & Track (PT18 - Australia Post ref code) for a set charge A$20 (free for orders over A$80)

Your order may take up to 20 days to reach you. We are not responsible for your goods once they leave Australian shores.

Customs duties may apply and varies by country. We are not liable for any import duties, restrictions or taxes so please check the regulations for your own country before ordering. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.

Product Damaged

We do our best to make sure that your order is packaged as securely as possible but we understand that products may get damaged in transit.

If your product(s) was damaged in any way when it arrived we will Exchange or 100% Refund you at no cost.

Please take a photo of the damaged product so that we can assess the damage and determine the best solution.  We also need this to report it to our carrier.

Once we've received your email and photo of the damage, we will contact you to advise the next steps.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know what was missing or wrong.

Orders that are shipped outside of Australia, may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. Please note that this is important for EU orders as you will have to pay applicable duties (20%+) before you order will be released from customs. Returns & Exchanges

No sorry.  You will need to take it back to store / stockist where you purchased the product and discuss their return policy with them.  They will be happy to help you.

We want you to love and enjoy your products and we want to do our best to assist you make the best shade and product choices before you purchase but we understand that sometimes things go wrong.

Change of mind / Wrong item purchased

1. Opened / Unopened Goods: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on open goods unless there is a quality issue. We have 'Try at Home' samples for Lip Nourish and Instant Glow Tinted Complexion Balm as well as an Online Quiz to help you find your ideal shade match. Both product samples come with a coupon for A$10 off to put towards your next order. Our other makeup lines are not suitable for sampling. 

2. Quality Issue We guarantee our products and will REFUND 100% including return postage and handling. Contact us immediately to rectify the situation.


If you have used your product, we are unable to exchange it unless there is a quality issue or you have a reaction to the product.  If either of these is the case, please refer to the appropriate article.


If we have agreed to refund you for an order or partial order, we will refund your payment to the same account as you made your order.  You should receive the refund within 2 weeks.  We will send you a confirmation to let you know when it has been processed from our end.

Absolutely.

We guarantee the quality of our products and will offer a full refund / exchange, including postage and handling costs for any item that doesn't meet quality standards.

As long as you have contacted us and have proof that you have sent your parcel back to us, we will honour your refund.  We understand that things get caught up in the post but please note that we encourage you to return your items using our Return Labels so that your parcel can be tracked in our system.

Order & Payment Issues

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order.

Once we have packed and dispatched your order, you will receive another email from us with your tracking number so that you can track your order.


First check that your parcel hasn't been left in an unusual place or perhaps left with a neighbour.

Once you've done that, contact us with the details of your order:

  • Name
  • Date
  • Tracking Number

We will attempt to track your order for you, or arrange for a replacement order to be sent.

We package our goods with care and secure them to make sure they are sturdy before shipping but we know that sometimes parcels are damaged in transit.

Please take a photo for us so that we can share that with our carriers.

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for your inconvenience.

When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 equal instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest.


Afterpay pay us in full and upfront on your behalf. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

If you have purchased or been gifted an e-gift voucher, you will receive an email from us that contains your voucher code and lets you know the value of your voucher.

Add your items to your shopping cart as usual and when you get to checkout, use the code that is supplied on your voucher and the cart will be discounted up to the value of your e-gfit voucher.

You don't have to use the total e-gift voucher value in one transaction.  If there is an amount remaining, you can re-use the voucher code for future purchases.  You can check your balance by clicking the link in the original email or you can contact us and we can check it for you.

You can use your voucher to make any purchases on our online store (but you can't use it to purchase another gift card).

Gift cards can be used in conjunction with other discount codes because they are considered a payment method.

Yes you can!

The Gift Voucher is considered a form of payment so you can use a discount coupon and the gift voucher coupon in the same order.

It depends on the terms and conditions of the coupon code(s) you are trying to use.

Some coupon codes are set to be combined which means that you can use two coupons in the one order.  For example a cart discount coupon + free shipping coupon but it depends on the coupon and the promotion we are offering.

If there are automatic discounts applied (you don't need to enter a coupon code, the discount is automatically applied when certain conditions are met) and you use a coupon code, the website will automatically calculate the best discount for you!

If you enter more than one discount during checkout and it's not allowed, you will get a message saying something like "coupon code not valid" or "Some discount codes couldn't be used together. We applied the best combination."

It depends on the terms and conditions of the coupon.

Some coupon codes are only valid on full-priced products, so if we have a product on sale or already discounted, then your coupon may not work.

If you are using your Lük Loyalty points or a Gift Voucher you will be able to use these codes.

If you try to use a coupon code and it doesn't work, then check the terms and conditions or contact us.

You have 3 years from the date of purchase to use your Gift Card / Voucher and you don't have to use the full amount in one transaction.  If you have a remaining balance, you can use it for more than one purchase, providing it's still within the 3 years.

Join Lük Loyalty and share in the love 💛. Our customers and our community are at the heart of everything we do. Earn points as you shop and share and get rewarded for your love and loyalty.

It's super easy to check your points balance.

Log in to your account by clicking the Lük Loyalty icon bottom left of the screen

If you're not already a Lük Loyalty member, you will need to sign up (an automatically get 500 points!).

Once you are logged in, you will see your points balance at the top of the panel.

100 points = $1

Points don't expire currently but we reserve the right to change this at a future date.  

We will let you know with plenty of notice if we do set a points expiry in future.

You need to be logged into your account first and your order must be at least $20.

You will then see a screen that looks like this.  Click View.

You will then see a screen that looks like this. You can use the slider (drag mouse of finger on mobile) to choose how many points you want to use on your order.

You will then see a coupon code that you can copy and paste into the discount field at checkout or click the Apply code button for the amount to be automatically applied at checkout.


In most cases you can't combine or add more than one discount code.

If you add 2 or more discount codes, our store will automatically choose the "best" deal for you and apply that coupon code.

For Example:

If you had a discount code for 10% off order and Lük Loyalty points, if the 10% off order is more than the value of your Lük Loyalty points, then that discount will apply, if not, then your Lük Loyalty points will be redeemed.

There may be times when we offer a special combined discount when you can use more than one coupon code but we don't do this very often.

The easiest way to test this is to add both coupon codes and you will get a message letting you know if they can't be used together.

Your points will show in your account as soon as you qualify.

For example, once you pay for your order, after you provide you birthday, after your friend uses their referral code.

If you leave a review, in order to qualify for points, you MUST click the link in the review request email we send you so that we can verify you.

You need to be subscribed to receive email marketing to qualify for Luk Loyalty points.

If you think you are missing points, please contact us with the details and once we verify, we can manually add missing points for you.

Ethical Sourcing 

We knowingly do not source product ingredients, packaging and other components that do harm to the people or the environments from where they originate.

Preferred Partners

We hand select the best partners, such as manufacturers, ingredient and packaging suppliers, in line with our values and standards and their expertise and willingness to walk together on this journey.

Supply Chain Transparency 

We have transparency in our supply chain with ingredient and packaging documentation on composition, safety and sourcing. We use official ingredient terminology (called INCI) and ingredient source codes.

We strive to reduce plastic through product development and product renovation and work with our peers and partners as part of the Australian Packaging Covenant (APCO). We are removing unnecessary packaging and marketing materials in our supply chain, and increasing the use of recycled and environmentally friendly materials. 

Our outer boxes for all everyday products are Australian made from FSC certified Swedish paper board and printed with vegetable dyes and soluble, water-based varnishes and glue so the pack can be 100% recycled. 

The Lipstick Crayon lid is made with 55% certified bio based compostable materials (corn starch) and 45% bio-degradable fossil-based polymers (PBAT & PBS) to help reduce CO2 emissions. The pencil is made from sustainably grown wood and the shavings can be composted at home.

You can recycle the components of our packaging using the online instructions on each product. For hard to recycle components, these can now be returned to Lük or stores participating in the Terracycle programme.

The Australian National Packaging Targets for 2025 are shown below:

By 2025

We will remove 50% non biodegradable plastics from our packaging and 50% of the range will have refillable options and be a plastics neutral company.

All of our packaging will be reusable, recyclable or compostable and where possible come from recycled sources.

Ninety per cent of paper used in packaging or printed materials will be FSC certified.

We use boxes as we need to comply with Australian an international regulations about information that must be shown on products and also for warehousing and picking requirements.

We can't fit all of that information on the product!

The box is recyclable, made from PEFC certified board and printed with vegetable inks and water based varnish.


Packaging

Lip Nourish™ comes in a luxurious magnetic, velvet touch metal and phthalate free tube made from aluminium and with 52% PCR plastic mechanism. The box is recyclable, made from PEFC certified board and printed with vegetable inks and water based varnish.

How to Recycle

Separate each component of this product and recycle each thoughtfully. Place the box in your home kerbside recycling. Please recycle the tube and lid via our global partner TerraCycle™.

Lip Care + Body Collection

Regrettably our manufacturing partner closed down. We need to source a new manufacturer, provide formulations and new packaging and this will take some time. We expect the first products to return in summer 2024 and then there will be a phased rollout.  We know you loved this range and we are sorry we can't currently stock it.

We probably aren't going to bring back the Lip Jam because it had mixed reviews so we are reviewing that product but the rest will most likely be back, and maybe some new ones!  

The packaging may be a little different too.
